The Australian Handball Federation proudly presents the national beach handball team selected for the 11th IHF World Beach Handball Championships being held in Pingtan China from 18 -24 June 2024 .
The team comprises a blend of experienced players and new talent, all ready to represent Australia on the international stage.
The selected players for this event are:

- Jemima Harbort
- Gemma Buckett
- Emma Guignard
- Allira Hudson-Goffers
- Abby Mills
- Annabel Mills
- Amy Thomas
- Lucy Watkins
- Haylee Wilson
Supporting the team from the sidelines, Andrew Kelso, head coach, will lead the squad assisted by Jenny Karolius. Manon Vernay, former team goalkeeper currently recovering from injury, will serve as the team manager.
This championship is particularly significant for Gemma Buckett who is set to make a notable debut, as this tournament marks her first beach handball international at world level. Likewise for Sally Potocki, who will bring her extensive experience from indoor handball to her first beach handball World Championship.
As the tournament approaches, the team is focused and determined to make a strong impact.
