Piano has an older serial connector but things mc like I should use the midi ports for best connection.

I like the way that it is in a convenient cable form. The specifics of getting it to work with each app though are different depending on the what the developer has done to support midi in android. Much cleaner than the old style cable where you have to run 2 separate cables.
The Midimate solved that and plugs into my USB on the confuser and no probs with Win7 recognizing it. Needed to hook up my keyboard to my iMac for composing and working with various instrument libraries.

This means the interface can deliver channels of either input or channels of output if required. Love that it doesn’t require any software, I plugged it in and it works. So that takes a bit of fiddling around and research.

The price wasn’t half bad either. No Longer Available Update Location close. Plugged it in and works just like that, with my OTG cable.
